Introducing a New GHS Tradition: Teacher Spotlight!

We're excited to kick off a fun new tradition at Golden Hills School - our Teacher Spotlight!

Each month, we'll shine the spotlight on two of our amazing teachers as a special way to celebrate all the hard work, dedication, and heart they bring to GHS each and every day. Our teachers do so much to inspire, encourage, and support our students, and we can't wait to give them some well-deserved recognition!

Meet Mr. Robert Malone - Individuals & Societies and Music Teacher

This November, we are excited to shine our Teacher Spotlight on Mr. Robert Malone, who brings his passion for history, music, and education to Golden Hills School!

A valued member of the GHS community since 2015, Mr. Malone wears many hats on campus. In addition to teaching Middle School Individuals & Societies, he shares his love of music with our younger students as an Elementary Music teacher and leads our talented Middle School Band.

Mr. Malone earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Pacific Union College, where he also received his California Secondary Teaching Credential in Social Studies. He later earned his Master of Arts degree from La Sierra University.

When he's not in the classroom or making music with students, Mr. Malone enjoys spending time with his two sons, playing music, grilling, and tackling DIY projects around his home.

With more than a decade of dedication to GHS, Mr. Malone continues to make a meaningful impact on our students through his knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Please join us in celebrating Mr. Malone and thanking him for the many ways he enriches our Golden Hills School community!
